In addition to LIHEAP programs and weatherization services, the following aid is available.
The Sharing Assistance Program will assist the disabled, elderly, and those on a fixed income with winter heating costs and some utility bills. Chesapeake offers low income and struggling customers several other ways to get help as well. Click here for additional information and phone numbers.

Good Neighbor Fuel Fund
Conectiv will match customer contributions, which fund this program, with a donation from shareholders. A family must first apply for LIHEAP aid to be able to get this assistance. Funds and aid are administered by the Salvation Army in Delaware. Read more.
