Memphis Light Gas and Water
On Track help program
A payment program that is designed to help residents in Tennessee with limited incomes help pay their utility bills and also manage their debt over a period of time. This help program focuses on financial management, education, as well as social services. To qualify for this utility bill assistance program, customers must have a steady job, also limited income and owe more than $600 to MLGW. Participants may receive Extended Payment Plans for up to three years that will provide help paying utility bills.
